For this step you will need a ruler.

You will have to use a ruler to measure if the ends of the Fan blades are all at the same distance from the ceiling. Place one end of the ruler to the ceiling and measure the distance of the other end of the ruler to the outer most edge of one of the fan blades. See what is the measurement of that the end of the blade shows.

Keep the ruler at the same spot and manually rotate the fan blades so you can measure the next blade.

If there is a small difference (less than 0,5 cm) between the height of the blades, you can carefully try to bend them so they are all the same height.

Check if the wobbling continues.
