1. Check whether the plug of the Home Base is plugged into the power socket. If the Smart Robot Vacuum automatically returns to recharge after more than 5 minutes of cleaning, the automatic dust collection will be started.

2. Check whether the cover of the Home Base is closed properly (if closed improperly, the indicator light will be red).

3. Check whether a dust bag is installed in the Home Base (if not installed or improperly installed, the indicator light will be red)

4. To ensure that the dust collection works optimally, it is advisable to let the Smart Robot Vacuum recharge automatically after cleaning. Manually moving the Smart Robot Vacuum back to the Home Base can cause an unstable connection which affects the dust collection.

5. Check the dust bag regularly to see if it is full. An overloaded dust bag may break, block the dust collection pipe and cause damage to the Home Base.
