Check if the WiFi symbol is visible on the heater's display. If it is blinking, the Convection Heater is in pairing mode. This means you have to connect it again to the Hombli app.

If the problem is still not solved, you can go through the following steps:
First, check whether your WiFi router is on.
Then check that the Hombli app is connected to the right network (2.4 GHz).
Check that your WiFi network is working properly. Going through the network diagnostics via the Hombli app can help with this.
If you have a dual-band router, also check that the Hombli app is connected via the 2.4GHz network. Hombli devices do not work over 5 GHz networks.
