See if the WiFi symbol is visible on the heater's display. If not, press and hold the "timer" button for 10 seconds. This will enable the WiFi function. If you press and hold the "timer" button again for 10 seconds, this switches the WiFi function off again.

If the problem is still not solved, you can go through the following steps:
First, check whether your WiFi router is on.
Then check that the Hombli app is connected to the right network.
Check that your WiFi network is working properly. Going through the network diagnostics via the Hombli app can help with this.
If you have a dual-band router, also check that the Hombli app is connected via the 2.4GHz network. Hombli devices do not work over 5 GHz networks.
