Appling to unbind a device
To prevent a camera or doorbell from being misused in case of theft, the device always stays connected to the user's account.
A user cannot connect to a device that was previously connected to a different account that you don’t have access to. It must be removed from the Hombli app before it can be added again.
How to unbind your device
On the screen that shows the notification that the doorbell or camera was already added to another users account, tap the grey arrow.
Tap Submit to request to disconnect the device.
It takes around 1 working day for your request to be taken into account
You will get a notification in the Hombli app when your request is accepted.
Now try again to pair your device to your account
